1. Who we are

SignedDocs (signeddocs.io) is operated by A.B. DIGITAL HORIZON SYNDICATE ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@signeddocs.io. Privacy questions: privacy@signeddocs.io.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. The service

SignedDocs opens signed or sealed documents in your browser and shows the document inside and the signature data in the file. The file is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. See the Privacy page for what we do record.

3. What the service is not

• SignedDocs is not a legal validation of a signature. It compares what the file states about itself and says plainly what it did not check, such as revocation and trusted lists. For an official verdict use the validator linked from the signer panel.
• A PDF or other file extracted by SignedDocs is a convenience copy. It is not the legally valid document; the signed original is the record. Keep the original.
• We are not affiliated with any government body or trust service provider.

4. Free and paid use

Free, with no account: opening a file, the summary card, the first page (or the first 40 lines of a text file), the signer panel, the list of files inside, and downloading the original file you opened.

Paid: further pages, downloads of extracted files and ZIP, invoice lines and invoice PDF, print, and opening several files at once. See Pricing for what each plan includes.

• One file, €3.99. A one-off payment that unlocks one document on the device where you bought it. The unlock is stored in your browser. If you clear the site data or use another device, you must buy it again.
• Pro, €7.99 per month. A subscription that unlocks every document. It renews each month until you cancel.

Prices are in euros and include VAT.

5. Orders, payment and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle collects your payment details and sends the receipt. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase. You can review your order in the checkout before you pay.

6. Cancelling Pro and refunds

You can cancel Pro at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for and stops further payments.

7. Using the site

Use SignedDocs only for files you are entitled to open. Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with the site or to resell the service. A Pro subscription is for you; do not share your sign-in.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that it will open every file, or that its output suits a particular purpose. Check anything important against the signed original and an official validator.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on the output of the site instead of the signed original. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you buy applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest update.
