Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. SignedDocs is operated by A.B. DIGITAL HORIZON SYNDICATE.

Paddle's Refund Policy applies to every SignedDocs purchase, one file and Pro. This page summarises it. If anything here differs from Paddle's policy, Paddle's policy applies, and nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

How to ask for a refund or withdraw

Your right to withdraw (EU, EEA, Switzerland, UK)

If you are a consumer in these countries, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital content or service purchase and get a full refund. For a subscription, it covers the first payment, not later renewals. Ask within 14 days of the purchase.

This right does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed or otherwise used, when you have expressly agreed to give up the right of withdrawal.

Other countries

Where local law gives you an unconditional right to cancel a digital purchase, such as 7 days in Canada, South Korea, Brazil and China, 14 days in Turkey and Israel, or 5 days in Singapore, that right applies as Paddle's policy describes.

Everything else

Outside these rights, purchases are non-refundable. Paddle may still grant a refund at its discretion if you ask within 14 days of the purchase; a request does not guarantee one. Paddle does not issue refunds where it sees fraud or refund abuse.

Something does not work

If a paid feature does not work as described, write to us first at contact@signeddocs.io with the file type and what happened (never send the file itself unless we ask). If we cannot fix it, contact Paddle as above; Paddle refunds where there is evidence of a material defect. Your rights for goods that are faulty or not as described are not affected.

Cancelling Pro

Cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt or from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for and stops further payments. It does not refund the current period.

After a refund

When a refund is made, access to what was bought ends. Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible.
